We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2024 we had to say goodbye to George H Haines Jr. (Linden, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George H. Haines Sr. and Catherine Haines (Haughney); and his sister Diane Mead (Haines). He is survived by : his children, Jennifer-Lauren (Sean), Joseph (Taylor) and Jason; his wife Rosanne (Buteau); his goddaughter Olivia; his grandsons, Logan and Nolan; and his fur-grandsons, Rudy and Myles. He is also survived by his brother and, sister-in-laws, and dozens of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the Haines family kindly requests donations be made to the Michael J. Fox, foundation in George's honor. ‍.

“Rest easy my old friend. We grew up together in the city projects but we lived our best lives, not knowing that at the time. Between the hot sweaty summers and cold snowy winter months, playing every sport imaginable, Saturday morning Bowling leagues, and a list of concerts we attended that most would envy. I will always cherish those memories deep within my heart although I am saddened by your passing, I am glad you are no longer in pain my friend. I love you..... Until we meet again...”
