He was predeceased by: his son David Lowe; and his daughters-in-law, Lorrain Lowe and Sue Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lowe; his sons, Kenneth, Paul and Edward Lowe; his brother Norman (Janet Lowe); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Samantha, Stephanie, Megan and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Emma and Adam; his sister Marie; his brother-in-law Richard Corson; his nieces, Heather and Randi Lowe; and his nephew Mathew Corson.
