We bid farewell to Jane C. Ragan of Linwood, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 24, 2025 at the age of 86. Jane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid adieu to Jane's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jane has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony and Justina (Wishchuk); and her husband John Wesley Ragan, Sr.. She is survived by: her son John Wesley Ragan, Jr. (Vivian Ragan) of Mays Landing, NJ; her grandchildren, Olivia Ragan, Sophia Ragan-Miller and Anthony Ragan; her sister Audrey Stoken (Stojkiewicz); and her siblings-in-law, William Stoken of Richmond, VA and Gail Damato. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Boakes Funeral Home, Inc. (6050 Main St, Mays Landing, NJ 08330). A prayer will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (724 Maple Ave, Linwood, NJ 08221).
