He is survived by: his wife Dr. Sonia Velasco; his children, Eric Velasco, Marissa Gunderson (Chip) and Kevin Velasco; his grandchildren, Lucas, Kalel, Quintin and Theodore; and his siblings, Thelma Chua, Consuelo Belvis, Alfonso Velasco and Rogelio Velasco. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
