She was predeceased by : her husband Ernesto Buongiorno. She is survived by : her children, Eileen DeYoung Gilbert (Scott) of Blairstown, NJ, Roy DeYoung (Laura) of Hatillo, PR, Christopher DeYoung (Jacqueline) of Ridgewood, NJ and John DeYoung (Christina) of Santa Monica, CA; her stepchildren, Ernest A. Buongiorno (Irene) of Agora Hills, CA and Denise Buongiorno (Ditmar) of South Carolina; and her close friend Robert Pizza of Montville, NJ.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
