He was predeceased by: his grandson Robert Bellacosa (Robby); and his siblings, Felix Jaquindo, Mary Talamini, Carmela Egnozzi, Frances Lacitignola and Nina Sivolella.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Jaquindo; his daughters, Antoinette Bellacosa (Toni) of Livingston and Cathy Casolaro (Dominick) of East Hanover; and his grandchildren, Dominick A. Casolaro (Nadia), Brittany Bellacosa, Dante Casolaro (Danielle), Donato Casolaro, Big, Nico and Enzo Casolaro. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
