With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald Smalley of Livingston, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 16, 2025 at the age of 75. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ronald leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Smalley and Jane Smalley (Grady); his sister Donna Smalley; and his brother-in-law Bob Talbot. He is survived by: his sisters, Dale Talbot and Annette Smalley-McGill; his siblings' children, Julie Talbot, Kevin Talbot (Katelyn) and Grant Talbot; and his great-niece April Kelly.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the William J. Leber Funeral Home (15 Furnace Rd, Chester, NJ 07930). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
