He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Costello and Katerina Damiani Costello; his wife Jennie F. Costello; his children, Robert and Donna; and his siblings, Eugene Nome, Jean Costello Hartford, Frank Costello, Katie Costello Roberts, Raymond Costello, Elizabeth Costello Redkoles and Dante Costello.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Lisa Medford (Tom), Nina Justice and Rachel Costello (Stephen); and his great grandchildren, John Antipuna, Christopher Riley, Logan Dunn, Liberty Dunn, Taylor Borton, Thomas Dunn and Lincoln Dunn.
