He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Levy and Barbara Levy. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ella, Emma, Brianna, Savannah, Cecilia, Sarah, Nate, Braedyn and Brody; his wife Debbie; his children, CJ Levy (Jeanette), Jackie Williams (Cyndie Williams) and Kelly Levy (Thomas Ellis); and his brothers, Michael Levy, David Levy, Robert Levy (Sharon) and Thomas Levy (Lorraine). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces & nephews.
