Kemp of East Point, MI, LaToya Kemp of Long Branch, NJ and Rhonda Wright of High Point, NC; his siblings, Martha Horne (Eddie Horne) of Havana, FL, Mattie Jones (Clarence Jones) of Miami, FL, Ira Harrel (Cosmore Harrell) of Cliffwood, NJ, Mack Kemp of Havana, FL and Curtis Kemp of Havana, FL; his grandchildren, Brandon, Nicole, Brittany, Jaiohni and D'Andre; his great grandchildren, Zoel, Naomi and Ravon Jr.; and his godchildren, Sykerra Sprauldin of York, PA, Nicole Sprauldin of Neptune, NJ and Sharrod Blake of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
