She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Carton Jr. and Merial Cornelius Carton; her husband Emil A. Schroth Jr.; and her son Emil A. Schroth, III. She is survived by: her daughter Janet "Missy" Hislop (James Hislop) of Jupiter; and her grandchildren, Emily (Gordon), Ryan and Allison.
