He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis B. Cappie Sr. and Janiveve Lacey; his stepparents, Elizabeth Cappie and Sonny Lacy; his stepbrother John Laws; his sibling's children, Tracy Laws and Michael Fields (Infinite); and his cousin Adrienne Cappie.
He is survived by: his children, Tiesha Westbrook (Leeron Henderson) of Roselle, NJ, Janine Lane (Robert Gross) of Middletown, NJ, Talesha Crank-Cappie of Atlanta, GA, Talia Lacy of Trenton, NJ, Chico Louis Westbrook of Neptune, NJ, Lance Lacy (Reva) of Lawnside, NJ and Nathniel Cappie of Matawan, NJ.; and his sisters, Anne Mirsa of Long Island, NY and Jacqueline Fields of Matawan, NJ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
