She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Gilliam and Gerdoline Gilliam (Thacker); and her siblings, George, Leon, Howard Gilliam and Barbara A. Maples.

She is survived by: her husband Charles C. Felton. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
