He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Adam Edmond Sr. and Virginia E. Edmond; and his brother Norman Eugene Edmond. He is survived by: his close friend Annette Fils; his nephew Alexander Mackason; his siblings, Alfred A. Edmond Jr., Nancy M. Edmond and Wanda D. Edmond; his nieces, Faith Tyrell (late Benny), Angela Edmond, Thomasina Goff (Sidney), Tiffany Edmond, Mo Brown Edmond Lazarre (Ronald), Christine Lorraine Edmond and Allyson Elaine Watkins; his nephew David Adam Robeson Edmond (Danielle); and also, Phyllis Oluyide and Aaron Fils.
