He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Lockhart Sr.; and his sister Gail Lattimore. He is survived by: his mother Martha Luckey; his siblings, Joseph Lockhart, Jerry Lockhart, Julius Smith (Kimberly), Martha Ann Lockhart and Melvie Smith; his children, Thomas Lockhart III and Farrah Venezia; and his grandchildren, Demiera Lockhart, Imani Edwards, Anarah Black, Kaliyah Lockhart, Nahzee Coger and Eve Lockhart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
