She was predeceased by: her husband Jonathan Otis; and her parents, Eugene Adams and Julie Adams. She is survived by: her son Christopher; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Otis of Browns Mills; her daughter Vanessa; her son-in-law Carlos Lugo of Sewell; and her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Samantha Otis, Alexander, Zachary Lugo, Gabriel Bachman and Anna Aguirre.
