He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Samper and Gea Samper (Cruz); and his brother Arquimides Samper. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Samper (Schatzel); his children, Melanie Carol Panshi (Jagdish), Jonathan Adolfo Samper (Ashley), Matthew Humberto Samper (Stephanie) and Christopher Michael Samper (Caitlin); his granddaughters, Sophia and Grace Panshi; his children, Lucas, Eliana, Nicolas Samper, Jackson Samper, Oliver, Ronan and Theodore Samper; and his brothers, Carlos and Abraham Samper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the William J. Leber Funeral Home (15 Furnace Rd, Chester, NJ 07930).
