He is survived by : his parents, Richard Scott Blakely of Long Valley and Linda Nilan Blakely of Brielle; his grandfather Richard Blakely; his brother Ryan Blakely (Jessica); and his aunts, Donna Blakely, Dale Sparks (Thomas) and Nancy Bersey (William). He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
