He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmine Fornaro and Maria Fornaro; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his wife Carol Fornaro; his sons, Anthony, Carmine and Stephen Fornaro; and his siblings, Carmine, Jack Fornaro and Rose Dimonda. He is also survived by his daughters-in-law; numerous grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
