He is survived by: his mother Anna Costa of Florham Park; his siblings, John Costa, Jr. (Kathy) of Madison, Joanne Costa-Sapsford of Ormond Beach, FL, Bridget Mantone (Jerry) of Madison and Lisa DeFrance (Jerry) of Madison; and his aunt Minnie Diodato of Hackettstown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren and dear friends.
