Elizabeth B. Tyree Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2021, at the age of 94, Elizabeth B. Tyree of Madison, New Jersey, born in Morristown, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Reeves and Frances Bryant; her son George J. Tyree, III; her sisters, Louise Foster and Doris Hayes; and her husband George J. Tyree, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene Woods (Bobby) of Morristown, NJ and Elizabeth Brown of Stroudsburg, PA; and her grandsons, Robert Woods (Samantha Woods) and William Woods. She is also survived by one great-granddaughter & three great-grandsons; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions the funeral service will be limited to 50 people.
In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made in Elizabeth's memory to the First Baptist Church, 36 Cook Ave, Madison, NJ 07940.
