She was predeceased by: Robert Carter. She is survived by: her children, Ellen Carter, Virginia Carter (Larry) of Bend, Oregon and William Carter, Jr. of Chatham; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Kara), Robert, Philip, Caroline and Jacqueline; her great grandchild Keith Carter; William Carter.
