With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Guempel (Madison, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on January 31, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert G. Guempel and Mildred Guempel; and his sister Jeanne Guempel. He is survived by: his friend Sefton Stallard; his wife Jeanne; his children, Herbert Guempel (Joanne), Scot Guempel (Nancy), Linda Guempel, Sheri Morgan (Everett) and Karen Lockburner; his grandchildren, Robert Guempel (Courtney), Jennifer, Julie Guempel (Jay Rosania), Peter Guempel, David Guempel (Stephanie), Steven Guempel (Kortney), Everett Morgan III, Hunter Morgan, Thomas Lockbuner III, Rebecca Lockburner and Mathew Lockburner; his great grandchildren, Scotlyn Leaman, Noelle Leaman, Evelyn Guempel and Lillian Guempel; and his sister Betty Freyberger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
