He is survived by: his children, Karin Wolosz (Matthew) of Madison, NJ and Jeffrey Creighton of Bethlehem, PA.; his grandchildren, Derek and Caroline Wolosz; and his sisters, Patricia Cullinane (Michael), Barbara Murphy and Nancy Callahan (Richard). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
