He was predeceased by: his parents, Tsuneyuki Okinaka and Kiyono Okinaka; and his brother Hiroshi Okinaka. He is survived by: his wife Masayo Okinaka of Madison; his children, Masato Okinaka (Laura) of Morristown and Naomi Heck (Albert) of Camp Hill, PA; and his grandchildren, Allison, Nathan, Samuel and Alan.
