She is survived by: her sisters, Claire Gancarz (Spendley) and Phyllis Card (Spendley); her sister-in-law Susan Spendley; her siblings' children, Edward Mahoney Jr. (Sandra), Brian Mahoney (Olga), Maureen Mahoney-Whitaker (Shawn), Joseph Mahoney (Kathy), Timothy Mahoney (Donna), Marianne Mahoney-Nickerson (David), Patricia Mahoney-Santoro (Robert) and Michael Mahoney; her stepdaughters, Julianne Asterita (Robert) and Maria Asterita-DiCarlantonio; her close friend Marilyn "Aunt Mal" Haggerty (Eileen Dolan); and her pet Butterscotch. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
