He is survived by: his wife Carol Marie Blackwell; his children, Stacy DiArchangel, Charles E. Blackwell III (Meredith) and Thomas J. Blackwell (Marcia); his daughter-in-law Jennifer Blackwell; his sisters, Jane McCarthy (Raymond) and Carole James; his grandsons, Charles Blackwell IV (Ashley) and Michael G. DiArchangel; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Rose Blackwell and Scarlett Iris Blackwell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home (344 US-9, Englishtown, NJ 07726). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made in Charles' name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
