She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her children, Laurie Pfremmer (Gregory) of Jackson, Daniel Pacyna (Megan) of Flemington and Leigh Ann Pacyna of Hendersonville, NC.; her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Thomas, Benjamin, Luke and Katherine; and her siblings, Colleen Donahue, Michael O'Brien and James O'Brien.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Co-Cathedral (61 Georgia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728).
