She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred C. Temple of Alzheimer's Disease; her brother John Ervin; and her grandson Robert Herrmann. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Temple Snyder (Marc) of Liberty, SC, Judy Temple Byrnes (James) of Wall, NJ, Shirley Temple Herrmann (Bob) of Sierra Vista, AZ, Ronald Temple (Margaret) of Manasquan, NJ and Wendy Temple Gaestel (Allen) of Point Pleasant, NJ; her brother Robert Ervin; her sister-in-law Ruth Temple; her grandchildren, Scott Snyder (Nicole Reyman), Malinda Byrnes Brecka (Peter), James Byrnes (Michele), Cindy Byrnes Loesch (Richard), Jeff Herrmann (Ruby Martinez), Julie Temple, Jessica Gaestel Skolnik (Michael) and Ryan Gaestel (Michelle); her granddaughter-in-law Barbara Babicz-Herrmann; her great grandchildren, Chelsea, Carly Brecka, Arianna, Chiara, J. T. Byrnes, Bree, R. J. Loesch, Amanda, Ben Herrmann and Ethan Monahan; her great great grandchildren, Emma and Fabian Herrmann; her friends, Evy Antonias and Izabel Thul; her dear neighbors, Bob Langton, Ed and Gwen Foster; and her friend Selma. She is also survived by many other friends, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Brien Funeral Home (2028 NJ-35, Wall Township, NJ 07719). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glendola Cemetery (1610 Allenwood Rd, Wall Township, NJ 07719).
