He was predeceased by : his spouse Gladys; and his son Ronnie Miller of Mantua. He is survived by : his children, Herbert R. Miller of Mantua, Joanne Marchetti of Monroeville, Bonnie Geiser of Glassboro, Sandy Young of Sewell, Carol Benedict of Clayton, Shirley Golding of West Deptford, Ricky Miller of Deptford, Lilly Lawley of Del Haven and Patty Burger of Wenonah; and his siblings, Robert Miller of Williamstown and Nellie Sanderson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
