She was predeceased by: her mother Phyllis Polinski. She is survived by: her father Henry Polinski; her husband Daniel Sujansky; and her children, Brian and Amanda Sujansky.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ketusky Funeral Home (1310 Brooks Blvd, Manville, NJ 08835). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church (98 S 2nd Ave, Manville, NJ 08835).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society or Wags and Walks, two organizations that Ann passionately supported.
