He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Georgia; his children, Irene Lavdas (Niko) of Marlton and George Lyras of Marlton; his grandchildren, Evangelos and Giorgia; his siblings, Katerina, Hariklia, Maria and Mihali Lyras of Greece; his grandchildren, Vageli and Gia; and his pets, Max and Ruby.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Greek Orthodox Church (615 Mercer St, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Kali Parea of Saint Thomas Greek Orthodox Church.
