He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Laughlin and Patricia Laughlin; his sister Deborah A. DeRosa (Peter); and his niece Nicole J. DeRosa. He is survived by: his fiancée Cheri S. L. Mulhern; and his sibling's children, Danielle DeRosa Cavalli (Julius), Ashley DeRosa (Shaun) and Dylan DeRosa.
