He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite and Howard Sr.; and his son Howard, III. He is survived by: his grandsons, Jason, Johnathan and Rieley; his great grandchildren, Mia and Jason "JJ"; his siblings, Tom Booye (Liz) of Maryland and Jane Booye of Millville; and his uncle George. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
