He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Mazziotto; and his brother Joseph T. Mazziotto, Jr. (Diana). He is survived by: his mother Nancy Burgess; his children, Jennifer Tremont (Chris) and Hunter Mazziotto; his grandchildren, Sadie and Leland Tremont; and his siblings, Emma Trout (David) and William McElrea (Melissa). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
