He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Roi and Edith Roi; his brother John Roi Sr.; his sister-in-law Mary Roi; and his nephew John Roi Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Roi; his children, Lynn Roi Stites, Michele Roi (David Hannah IV) and David Roi (Kelley); his stepchildren, Fred Buonavolta (Jen) and Chris Buonavolta; his grandchildren, Krista, Melissa, Julia, Lena, Pierce, David, Georgia, Freddie, Nicole, Sofia and Christopher (Bing); and his nephew Louis Roi.
