He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Moore and Arcola West; his children, Eric Riley and Faith Hope; and his siblings, Sadie Stevens, Velma Parker, Arcola Miller, Vivian Perry, Dicie Keith, Fannie Gale, Eddie, Leroy Gibson and Alfred Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Evelyn; and his children, Dean (Sandra), Barbara Jo Hairston (Elliott), Tally, Edna Williams (Damon), Wanda Salahuddin (Umar), Lisa Wilson (Stanley), Susan Terry and Caprice Woods (Devin, Sr.). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, other family and friends.
