He is survived by: his parents, John Doerr and Patricia Doerr (Merrill); his brother John Doerr (Rebecca Satterlee); and his aunts and uncles, Lou Merrill (Mark), Kathleen "Angel" Merrill-Conte (Armond), Alfred "Rocky" Merrill (Liz) and Melody Warrener (William).
