He was predeceased by: his parents, Murry D. Shaver and Bernita I. (Western); and his brother Donald M. Shaver. He is survived by: his children, John R. Shaver of Bay City, Scott A. Shaver of Caro and Kathleen K. McDonald; his son-in-law Thomas of Estell Manor; his grandchildren, Christina Smaniotto (Palermo), Angela Palermo, Gianna Palermo, Meredith Rivett (Shaver), Krista Shaver, John Shaver, Jr. and Andrew Shaver; and his siblings, Murry C. and Judith. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless loving friends.
