He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Martha; and his sister Brenda Baez. He is survived by: his daughters, Denielle (Rémy), Gabrielle, Noelle (Khalil) and Arielle (Jordan); his grandchildren, Ryder and Brynley; his sisters, Cindy, Joelle and O'Dell; his uncle Bill (Marie); his nephew Michael (Kim); the mother of his children Marie; and his close friend Patty. He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren, friends.
