He was predeceased by: his former wife Katherine (Lieb). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Walter III (Melanie), Diana Rodier (Daniel), Renate Gabel and Heidi Demeuse (Steven); and his sister Jayne Tirro (Sal). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
