He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hall and Audrey Hall; his son Stevie; his wife Theresa Edwards (Hall); and his siblings, Francis, Shirley and Kermit.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Welles (Larry) and Robin Johnson (Rich); his grandchildren, Colin Welles (Christina), Ashleigh Bush (Curtis), Robert Welles (Kortney), Christopher Welles (Leigh), Logan Welles (Paige Merle), Rachel Cozzo (Tyler) and Ryan Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Hadleigh, Brice, Alexander, Madison, Cameron and Gabrielle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
