He is survived by: his wife Patricia Marie Moyle; his children, Tammy Bandola and Anthony; his daughter-in-law Lisa; his son Randy; his daughter-in-law Krystal; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Michael, Keirstyn, Jeremy, Renee, Brooke, Anthony, Jr. and Mackenzie; and his great grandchild Ryleigh.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to JFK Haven Hospice or the American Cancer Society, in George's memory.
