He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Forziati (Agresti); his siblings, Josephine Grasso, Ann DeSanto, Pearl Marini, Gary Forziati, Arthur Forziati, Gloria Gelato and Dorothy Carbone; and his son-in-law Vincent Lucrezi.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Forziati of Middletown and Valerie Lucrezi of Manahawkin; his grandson Michael Lucrezi of Manahawkin; and his siblings, Raymond (Dolores Forziati), Spana McCarthy, Renee Thompson (Audrey) and Fred Weber.
