He is survived by: his wife Patricia of Middletown; his children, Gregory of East Brunswick, NJ, Michael of Myrtle Beach, SC, Brian of South River, NJ and Donna Wagenblast of Byram, NJ; his grandchildren, Donald, Scott, Michael, Jamie, Madison and Morgan; his brother David A Stout of Barnegat, NJ; his sister-in-law Joyce Balouskas of Whiting, NJ.; and his child God Church.
