He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Zampella and Maria Lee Zampella. He is survived by: his daughter Carole Lee Chiego (James); his grandchildren, Dominick and Jaclyn Chiego; his brother Arthur F. Zampella (Susan); his niece Melissa Morano; and his nephew Michael Zampella.
