She was predeceased by: her husband Roy R. Wagner; her parents, Edward James Mack and Blanche Bokenko of Elizabeth, NJ.; and her sisters, Rita Mascitelli and Marion Mack.

She is survived by: her daughter Diane Wagner (Carl Shaw) of Sparta, NJ.
