She is survived by: her husband William Horn; her daughters, Alexis, Katelynn (Jordan Onulak) and Mother Bonnie Strouse; her brother Christopoher Strouse; her parents-in-law, Anna and John Horn; and her granddaughter Ellie Jean Onulak.
