He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pennington and Joan Pennington; and his brother Michael Pennington. He is survived by: his children, Micheal, Ali and Billy; his wife Maria Pennington; his children, Michael Pennington, Vasilios Mitropoulos and Alexandra Mitropoulos; his siblings, Kathleen Pennington, William Pennington, Daniel (Patricia Pennington) and Robert Pennington; his sister-in-law Denise Burgos; and his siblings' children, Daniel, John, Sarah, Caroline, Brayden Pennington, Christopher and Nicholas Grushin.
