He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tormey and Loretta Tormey; and his sister-in-law Maryann Tormey. He is survived by: his children, Lunch Break and Fulfill; his brother Robert Tormey; his nieces, Christine Lowe (Kevin), Colleen Gryta and Kerry Weber (Daniel); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Holden, Hunter, Hyatt Lowe, Ava, Grant Gryta, Megan and Daniel Weber.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Jack's name to St. Jude Hospital.
